Yesterday afternoon, Emanuel School was lucky to host an esteemed member of the OE community, Professor Ed Nice, an analytical biochemist who has worked in cancer biology for over 50 years. Ed spoke to a group of students thinking of medicine as a career path. His talk detailed his career and outstanding research. A high point for Ed was recalling the wonderful feeling of being the first person in the world to know something, in reference to his groundbreaking research. We thank Ed for taking the time to come in and share his knowledge and experience.

We know for sure that due to attending this lecture one attendee decided to change her A Level preferences.
