Draft minutes of the 112th Annual General Meeting held via Google Forms on 18-19th April 2023.

The AGM was held via Google Forms online polling software between 9pm on Tuesday 18th April and 8pm on Wednesday 19th April 2023.

It was preceded by an inter-active Q&A, which was not part of the AGM, but provided background for the agenda items and an opportunity to discuss relevant matters. **(see below)

The Notice for the meeting had contained documents relevant to the items below along with a Chairman’s Report.

Fifty-one members took part in the AGM poll and voted as indicated in the table at the end of this document.

1. Approval of minutes of the previous meeting :
The minutes of the previous AGM held on 29-30th June 2022 were approved.

2. Annual accounts and Treasurer’s report for the year ended 31st October 2022;
The accounts and treasurer’s report were adopted.

3. Election of officials:
The following were elected at the AGM: –
President John Sturgeon
Chair John Sturgeon
Secretary Tim Broomfield
Treasurer Mike Hogg
Membership & Subscriptions Secretary Andy Bryce
Social Secretary Andy Robertson
Elected Member Stuart Cameron-Waller

In addition, the following were elected as Examining Officers: –
Claude Scott
Paul Ventham

4. AoB:
No further business was tabled.
